Neddenaverbergen is a village in the single municipality of Kirchlinteln ( Verden district , Lower Saxony ).

geography

Neddenaverbergen is located 6 km south of the center of Kirchlinteln, surrounded by fields, pastures and mixed forests. It belongs to the so-called " Kleinbahnwinkel ", also known as the Kleinbahn district. This is a group of localities in the southeast of the district of Verden, which belongs to the municipality of Kirchlinteln and forms the southern part of the rural municipality with the largest area in the district.

Neighboring towns - clockwise from the north - are Kükenmoor , Nordkampen , Stemmen , Hohenaverbergen and Armsen , all of which, with the exception of Nordkampens (town of Walsrode , Heidekreis ), belong to the municipality of Kirchlinteln.

The Lehrde flows 1.5 km south of the village. The Aller runs five kilometers to the west.

history

In 1859 a fire raged in Neddenaverbergen. The old town center was in flames and numerous houses burned to the ground.

Since the regional reform , which came into force on July 1, 1972, the previously independent municipality of Neddenaverbergen has been one of 17 localities in the unified municipality of Kirchlinteln.

Economy and Infrastructure

Extensive field, forest and meadow paths invite you to hike and relax. The village is essentially agriculturally oriented.

Neddenaverbergen is away from long-distance traffic . The federal motorway 27 runs 2.5 km to the northeast. The federal road 209 leading from Walsrode via Rethem to Nienburg runs south, 10 km away. The B 215 runs from Rotenburg (Wümme) via Verden to Nienburg, 10 km further west . Neddenaverbergen is also on the Verden (Aller) –Walsrode Nord railway line .
