The Lehrde is a 29 km long right tributary of the Aller in Lower Saxony with an average water flow of around 1.6 m³ / s at the mouth.

The two main source branches of the small river arise on the southeastern edge of the settlement of the city of Visselhövede and in the nature reserve Ottinger Ochsenmoor east of Kettenburg (district of Visselhövede).
