Marian Lux

Marian Sebastian Lux (born November 24, 1982 in Bad Freienwalde ) is a German composer and pianist .

Life

Marian Lux has been playing the piano since she was four. He had his first solo concert at the age of 15 when he played Beethoven's 1st piano concerto with the Brandenburg State Orchestra Frankfurt (Oder) . From 1998 he attended the Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach music high school in Berlin , where he was taught piano by Thomas Just . He successfully took part in the music competition Jugend musiziert several times and began studying at the Hanns Eisler Music Academy in Berlin in 2004 .

A short time later he began to write music for short films. At the same time, he composed his own classical pieces, which were recorded with the Babelsberg German Film Orchestra and the Brandenburg Young Philharmonic . After playing music for fairy tale films such as Little Brother and Sister , The Wise Farmer's Daughter and The Dancing Shoes , Lux made his debut in 2012 with the mystery thriller You promised it as a composer for a movie.
