Marie Feesche
Marie Feesche (born November 14, 1871 in Hanover ; † May 7, 1950 there ) was a German writer .
Life
Marie Feesche was the daughter of the publisher Heinrich Feesche. She received her education at a lyceum . She later wrote reviews , and from 1904 onwards she published literary works in her father's publishing house . She lived in Hanover and in Eimke / Uelzen .
Marie Feesche was the author of narrative works and poems . Her volumes of poetry appeared in large editions ( over 85,000 copies of the title "Himmelsglanz" were sold by the end of the 1950s ); Feesche's poems were also used as postcard texts .
The Kassel composer Luise Greger set a poem by Marie Feesche with the song title "God's Hands", op. 107/1.
