Marie Pyko (born August 8, 1993 in Koblenz ) is a German soccer player .

Career

Pyko began her career as a three-year-old at SSV Biebernheim and moved to TSV Emmelshausen in 2006 , where she played in a boys' team up to B-youth . The move to SC 07 Bad Neuenahr followed in summer 2009. She played her first Bundesliga game on October 11, 2009 (4th match day) in a 3-0 home win against SC Freiburg , when she came on for Yun Hee Cha in the 72nd minute . Your first Bundesliga goal was the 1-0 winner on October 18, 2009 (5th matchday) in the away game against FC Bayern Munich . After four years with Bundesliga club SC 07 Bad Neuenahr , she announced her departure on April 16, 2013. On May 9, 2013, she announced that she was moving to the Norwegian top series club Avaldsnes IL . For Avaldsnes, she played nine league games and reached the final in the Norwegian Club Cup in 2013, where, however, Stabæk IF had to admit defeat.

In February 2014 Pyko returned to Germany and joined the second division club 1. FC Köln. In 2014/15 , she and the team were promoted to the Bundesliga as the undefeated champions of the 2nd Bundesliga South.

National team

On September 4, 2009, she wore the national jersey for the first time when she reached a 0-0 draw with the U-17 national team against Iceland. With this she qualified for the European Championship from June 22nd to 26th, 2010 in Nyon / Switzerland. In the semi-finals , in which the team lost 1-0 at the selection of Ireland from the tournament, they came to their only tournament game.

On March 31, 2011, she played for the first time for the U-19 national team , which scored a 1-1 draw against Wales in Llanelli. From May 30th to June 11th 2011 she took part in the U-19 European Championship and came on June 5th in the 3rd group game , in the 2-1 victory over the Netherlands, and on June 11th, in the 8th : 1 final victory over the selection of Norway, for tournament use. With the German U-20 national team , she took part in the World Cup in Japan in 2012 and was runner-up with the team.
