Marina Welsch

Marina Welsch ( born Speer , born February 4, 1966 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a German actress , speaker and painter .

Life

After completing her school education, Welsch completed an apprenticeship as a foreign language secretary and a traineeship at the German Press Agency . After several positions at German companies such as Procter & Gamble GmbH, ILFO Film & TV Music Productions GmbH and Stippich & Partner GmbH Welsch worked at advertising agency McCann Erickson , Bucharest as creative director . During her stay in Romania, Welsch received piano lessons from Johnny Răducanu .

After returning to Germany, she studied painting at the Städel University in Frankfurt am Main as Hermann Nitsch's personal guest . Welsch has been a full-time actress since 2005. She completed a private international acting training and worked with Bernard Hiller, MK Lewis , Lea Brandenburg, Hannes Jaenicke , Bernardus Manders and Tom DiCillo , among others . Under the direction of Claus Wilcke , Michael Lesch, Ronald F. Stürzebecher and Dirk Waanders, Welsch has been increasingly appearing in plays in Solingen and Wuppertal since 2011 .

Marina Welsch has collectors across Germany for her mostly large-format pictures and for her sculptures.

She is the mother of two children and lives in Solingen .

Marina Welsch launched the "Clean the Green" initiative in Solingen in 2019 and draws attention to the increasing amount of litter.
