Claus Wilcke
Claus Wilcke (born August 12, 1939 in Bremen ) is a German actor and voice actor .
Life
After training to be an actor, Wilcke received his first stage engagement from Albert Lippert in Bremen. Theater stations in Oldenburg , Lübeck , at the Münchner Kammerspiele , Aachen , Hamburg , Frankfurt and Bamberg followed .
In 1958 Wilcke made his film debut in Alfred Vohrer's feature film My 99 Brides . In the following years he played small roles in productions such as Via Mala (with Gert Fröbe ) and Freddy and the Millionaire (with Freddy Quinn ). He achieved nationwide fame through the film adaptation of the penny novel, first published in 1913, about the daring and daring millionaire Percy Stuart . Wilcke played the leading role between 1969 and 1972 in a total of 52 episodes of the television series of the same name . To this day, Wilcke is a constant guest in film and television productions (including SOKO 5113 , Der Alte , Die Männer vom K3 , Sylt stories and Balko ). In addition, he spoke numerous roles for radio plays , for example King Julius 111. in the series Hui Buh or William Jacobs in The Cursed House by Edward Bulwer-Lytton in the Horror Cabinet series by Titania Medien, or in audio books such as Der Magnetiseur after Edgar Allan Poe or Sherlock Holmes - The House at the Blood Book according to Arthur Conan Doyle . Wilcke married for the fifth time in 2018. His children Nicolas Böll and Alexandra Wilcke are also active in the acting profession.
