Mario Göttlicher (born August 5, 1982 in Heidelberg ) is a German soccer player .

In his youth he played at LSV Ladenburg . In 1995 he moved to the youth department of SV Waldhof Mannheim . On March 8, 2002, he made his debut for the Palatinate in the 2nd Bundesliga in the 1: 2 home defeat against VfL Bochum . In the next two years he played a total of five second division games. After the license for the regional league was not granted , he remained loyal to the club and competed in the Oberliga Baden-Württemberg . There he was noticed by league rivals TSG Hoffenheim II , who signed him in 2004. Initially, he played in the league team, but was able to recommend himself towards the end of the preliminary round of the 05/06 season for the regional league team, with which he was promoted to the 2nd Bundesliga in the 06/07 season . In August 2007, Göttlicher moved to the regional division SV Sandhausen and qualified for the newly founded 3rd division. At the end of the 2008/2009 season, his contract with SV Sandhausen was no longer extended.

In the winter break of 2009/10, Göttlicher signed with SV Darmstadt 98 . From 2010 to 2015 Göttlicher played at Astoria Walldorf in the Oberliga Baden-Württemberg.
