Mario Stojić (born May 6, 1980 in Mannheim ) is a German basketball player who also has Croatian citizenship.

Career

After taking his first steps in competitive basketball, Stojić moved from Germany to Croatia. After several stints in Croatia, Stojić played in Italy between 2001 and 2002 before playing in Spain from 2002 to 2012. There he ran, among other things, for the basketball department of Real Madrid . In summer 2012 he moved to BC Ostend in Belgium. In July 2013, the MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg from the German Beko BBL announced the commitment of Stojić, so that he is returning to Germany after 17 years. After a year, however, he did not receive a new contract in Ludwigsburg.
