Mark-Friedrich Graf von Pückler von Schwichow (mostly Mark G. von Pückler or Mark von Pückler ; born December 16, 1940 in Freyhan , Province of Silesia ) is a German lawyer and specialist author in the field of hunting and gun law .

Life

Coming from the old Silesian noble family von Pückler , Mark Graf von Pückler von Schwichow was born as the fourth of five children to the married couple Friedrich Wilhelm, Graf von Pückler von Schwichow (1905–1989) and Elisabeth born von Kretschmann (1908–1973).

After the end of the Second World War and the loss of the castle in Freyhan, the family moved to West Germany . Mark Graf von Pückler studied law at the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg . On August 7, 1965, he married Gisela von Sperber (* 1940) in Itzehoe . The marriage resulted in two daughters.

His textbook The Hunter and His Law , which first appeared in 1985 and has been reprinted several times , is particularly well-known .
