Mark Rowe
Mark Rowe (born July 28, 1960 in Byhalia , Mississippi ) is a former American sprinter who specialized in the 400-meter run .
In 1985 he won bronze at the World Indoor Athletics Games in Paris , and in 1987 he won the Pan American Games in Indianapolis in the 4-by-400-meter relay .
In 1984 and 1985 he was US champion over 400 m, in 1984 and 1989 US indoor champion over 600 yards and 500 m and in 1988 Hungarian indoor champion over 400 m.
In 1990 he was banned for two years for violating the doping regulations after methyltestosterone was detected in him in a doping test on May 27, 1989 .
