Markus Bokesch (born April 15, 1991 in Traun ) is an Austrian handball player .

Career

Bokesch started to play handball at SK Pastl Traun. With the Upper Austrian under 17 team , he won the Austrian state championship. From the 2008/09 season he ran for HC Linz AG in the Handball League Austria . Until 2013 , the goalkeeper was also active in the under-20s competition for Linz .

For the 2015/16 season, Bokesch moved to the Wilhelmshaven AG . In 2017/18 HC Linz AG signed the goalkeeper again.

Bokesch was in the preparatory squad of the Austrian national handball team for the 2015 men's handball world championship .
