Status: end of career

Markus Dworrak (born January 23, 1978 in Plettenberg ) is a former German soccer player .

The left winger's career was accompanied by many injuries, so that he rarely had a regular place for a long period of time.

In the 1999/00 second division season, Dworrak, who had moved from Rot-Weiss Lüdenscheid to the amateurs of 1. FC Köln a year earlier, made his professional football debut for FC. After just a few short assignments in two years, he was loaned out to SpVgg Greuther Fürth in November 2001 , where he became a top performer. Despite several offers from the Bundesliga, Dworrak had to return to FC in 2002, where he rarely got a chance due to his susceptibility to injury. After brief guest appearances at 1. FSV Mainz 05 (12 months), FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt (6 months) and at Energie Cottbus , he moved to Dynamo Dresden for the 2006/07 season . After a season he joined the FV Engers 07 in the Oberliga Südwest, where he was not happy either. After he had only trained at FC Germania Dattenfeld , he belonged to this club from the NRW League from the winter break . After half-yearly engagements in 2009 at FC Hennef 05 and ASC 09 Dortmund , Dworrak finally ended his career in 2010.
