Martin Ariel Doldan (born January 31, 1987 in Buenos Aires , Argentina ) is an Italian handball player .

Career

The 1.90 m tall and 95 kg heavy cyclist began his professional career in 2007 with the Italian club Gammadue Secchia, with whom he reached the third round in the 2008/09 EHF Challenge Cup and the second round in the 2009/10 EHF Cup . In the 2010/11 season he played for Bologna United. In the summer of 2011 he played for Kabuscorp Sport Clube do Palanca, then he ran for Pallamano Intini Noci, with whom he failed in the third round of the 2011/12 European Cup Winners' Cup . In the summer of 2012 he played for Kabuscorp Sport Clube do Palanca, after which he moved to the German third division club HC Aschersleben . In the summer of 2013 he went to the Spanish league ASOBAL to BM Villa de Aranda, with whom he reached thirteenth place in 2013/14. For the 2014/15 season he signed a two-year contract with the German second division club ASV Hamm-Westfalen . After the 2014/15 season, Doldan moved to the Spanish club BM Huesca .

Since Martin Ariel Doldan has Italian ancestors, he is also an Italian citizen. He is part of the Italian national team , including qualifying for the 2013 World Cup .
