Martin Baudrexel

Martin Baudrexel (born March 13, 1970 in Munich ) is a German chef and television chef .

Life

After secondary school learned Baudrexel as a chef at St. Pius X Culinary Institute in Canadian Montreal , where he also worked the first few years as a chef, including in the restaurant Toqué . After stops in Vancouver and the Mount Whistler ski area , he returned to Munich in 2003 . He ran the Rubico restaurant there until July 2011 and then the Isargold until 2013 . Since 2015 he has been the head chef in the training restaurant Röcklplatz in Munich, in which socially disadvantaged young people receive training in gastronomy, which should enable them to survive in the job market.
