Martin Roberts (born June 6, 1986 in Aberdare ) is a Welsh rugby union player who is used on the position of the scrum half . He is active for the Welsh national team and the Scarlets .

Roberts played for various Welsh national teams as a teenager. In 2005 he made his debut as a professional player for the Ospreys against Bath . In November 2007 he played for the national team of 7 at the tournaments in George and Dubai before he left the Ospreys and switched to the Scarlets. In 2008 he was first used for the men's national team of Wales, opponent was Canada . A year later, the next missions followed as a substitute against New Zealand and Australia .
