Rachael Bella (born March 13, 1984 in Vermillion , South Dakota ), also Rachael Kneeland , is an American actress . She is known for her series appearances in Buffy - The Vampire Slayer and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit as well as for her role in the film Ring .

biography

Bella was born in a small town in South Dakota. After her parents divorced when she was three years old, she grew up with her mother in New York. As a child she took lessons as a musical performer. She was noticed by an acting agency through a solo appearance, which she placed in a television role at the age of nine. A number of other film and television appearances as a child actress followed, and she later successfully continued her career into adulthood. Her best-known roles are Betsy in Little Princess (1995) and Becca in Ring (2002).

In 2005 she met Edward Furlong while filming Jimmy and Judy . Together they played the leading roles in the thriller and then both belonged to the cast of the comedy Nice Guys . Rachael Bella married Furlong in April 2006 and had a son by him. In July 2009, however, it became known that the marriage was in divorce again after only three years, as the reason for this, Bella gave "irreconcilable differences".
