Marvin Faustin (born October 22, 1967 in Barataria ) is a former football player from Trinidad and Tobago .

Career

society

From at least 1995 Faustin played with the St. Ann's Rangers from the eponymous part of the capital Port of Spain . In 1998 he moved to San Juan Jabloteh , which is based in the nearby city of San Juan . He played there until the end of 2001 and then ended his career.

National team

His first use for the national team completed Faustin on June 28, 1991 in the group stage of the Gold Cup 1991 in the game against the USA team , in which he was substituted on for Solomon on the 66th minute . In the next game against Costa Rica he was on the field for the entire 90 minutes. After the last game against Guatemala , which was lost 1-0, the team's competition was over again. In the next edition of the Gold Cup in 1996 , Faustin was used in the game against El Salvador on January 10 and again against the USA. In the latter he was substituted on for the 60th minute. This time for Evans Wise . Also in this group stage all games were lost again.
