Matheus Facho Inocêncio
Matheus Facho Inocêncio (first name also written Mateus ; born May 17, 1981 in Patrocínio Paulista , State of São Paulo ) is a Brazilian hurdler with the special 110 m distance and bobsleigh .
At the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, he was part of the Brazilian four-man bobsleigh , which finished 27th.
The following year he reached the semi-finals at the World Athletics Championships in Paris / Saint-Denis . At the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, he finished seventh. He was the first Brazilian to take part in both the Summer Olympics and the Winter Games .
In 2005 he finished eighth at the World Championships in Helsinki and won gold at the Universiade , and in 2006 he won the bronze medal at the 2006 South American Athletics Championships.
