Matthias Meifert

Matthias Thomas Meifert (* 1968 in Berlin ) is a German management consultant . He is the managing partner of HRpepper GmbH & Co. KGaA, a consulting company specializing in transformation and human resource management.

Life

Meifert studied business education and psychology at the Free University of Berlin . He received his doctorate from the Technical University of Berlin . This was followed by teaching and research stays at the European Business School , the University of Magdeburg and the Technical University of Berlin. For many years he was a member of the executive board of Kienbaum Management Consultants and founded the management consultancy HRpepper in 2012.

Meifert was editor of the practice book series Edition Kienbaum and columnist for Manager Magazin .

From 2010 to 2014 Meifert was an advisory board for internal management issues, advising the Federal Minister of Defense . He is a member of the advisory board of the German University for training in Berlin and was 2011/2012 member of the project advisory board " corporate culture " of New Responsibility Foundation .

In 2011, Meifert and his team were awarded the initiative prize for training and further education of the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DIHK) together with the Federal Employment Agency. In 2013, Meifert was listed for the first time as one of the "40 leading people in human resources" by the personnel magazine.
