Maud Hansson

Maud Hansson Fissoun (born December 5, 1937 in Stockholm , Sweden , † October 1, 2020 ) was a Swedish actress .

Life

Hansson made her film debut in 1956 in the Swedish feature film Tarps Elin . The following year she took on minor supporting roles in Ingmar Bergman's film classics The Seventh Seal and Wild Strawberries . In Germany she was best known in the early 1970s as the maid Lina in the television series Michel from Lönneberga, based on Astrid Lindgren 's children's books . She stood in front of the camera for a total of around 25 film and television productions, most recently in 1991 for the television film Bazaars .

Maud Hansson also worked as a stage actress. At the Malmö City Theater , she played Ibsen's Peer Gynt in 1956 and Goethe's Faust in 1958 under the direction of Ingmar Bergman . She was married to the Greek-Russian actor Petros Fissoun from the 1960s until his death in 2016.

Hansson died in October 2020 at the age of 82.
