Maurice Müller (born August 12, 1992 in Nuremberg ) is a German soccer player .

Career

Maurice Müller began playing football at the Oberasbach district club TSV Altenberg . Until the U17 he was also active for 1. FC Nürnberg and SG Nürnberg Fürth in 1883 , before moving to SG Quelle Fürth . In his last year of youth he was also used in the first team in the district league.

In 2011 third division Wacker Burghausen made the attacking midfielder an offer and brought him into the second team. As early as December 2011, Müller was twice in the squad of the professional team, at the beginning of the second half of the season he was on the starting line-up against SV Babelsberg 03 and Werder Bremen II for the first time in the third division , making his breakthrough among the professionals. From then on, Müller was an integral part of the licensed players' squad. Between 2011 and 2014, Müller played 47 games in the 3rd division for Wacker Burghausen, scoring one goal and preparing four goals.

In the summer of 2014 Müller left Wacker Burghausen and moved to FC Schalke 04 , with whose second team he played in the Regionalliga West . For the 2015/16 season he moved to SpVgg Neckarelz , for whom he scored four goals in 17 games in the first half of the season. In winter he dissolved his contract again and went to league rivals TSV Steinbach . Müller immediately established himself in the team and at the end of the first half of 2017/18 scored five goals and eight assists in 54 games for TSV in the Regionalliga Südwest . In February 2018, Müller injured himself in a test game through a foul on his right ankle. Thereupon he came to no further use for TSV Steinbach until his contract ended.
