Mausheim is a village in the market town of Beratzhausen in the Regensburg district in Bavaria . Mausheim was the seat of the municipality of the same name until 1972 .

history

Mausheim was part of the Ehrenfels lordship , which was incorporated into the Principality of Pfalz-Neuburg in 1568 . The Catholic branch church St. Thekla dates from the middle of the 18th century. In 1777 the place became Bavarian . The municipality of Mausheim originated with the Bavarian municipal edict of 1818. It comprised the places Mausheim, Ametshof, Beratzhausen (train station), Ehrenfels (ruins) , Haderlsdorf, Hagetshof (1978 to Hemau), Hinterkreith, Hirschstein, Königsmühle, Kohlmühle, Mitterkreith, Neumühle, Niesaß, Oberndorf, Pexmühle, Rufenried, Ruxhof, Uttenhof, Vorderkreith and Wasenmeisterei. On January 1, 1972, the communities of Mausheim and Rechberg were incorporated into Beratzhausen as part of the municipal reform.
