Max William Grace (born December 14, 1942 in Otahuhu , New Zealand ) is a former New Zealand and later Canadian cyclist .
In 1964 Max Grace started for New Zealand at the Olympic Games in Tokyo in the individual road race and finished 66th, with the New Zealand team he finished 13th in the team time trial . He later went to Canada and took citizenship there. Three times in a row - 1970, 1971 and 1972 - he was Canadian road champion. In 1974 he won the Tour de Gastown .
After the end of his active cycling career, Max Grace worked as an organizer of cycling races.
