François Parisien (born April 27, 1982 ) is a retired Canadian cyclist .

Career

Parisien was Canadian road racing champion in 2005 and finished sixth in the UCI America Tour season . In the next few years of his career he won stages of the Vuelta a Cuba and the Vuelta Mexico as well as the overall ranking of the Tour of Elk Grove . At the end of the 2013 season, Parisien ended his career as a professional cyclist, having previously achieved his greatest career success with a stage win at the Volta a Catalunya , a UCI WorldTour race .
