Maximilian Weiß (born October 19, 1988 in Freiberg ) is a German handball player .

Career

Maximilian Weiß first played for 1. SV Concordia Delitzsch . In 2009 he moved to the then Bundesliga promoted HSG Düsseldorf , with whom he was relegated to the second division at the end of the 2009/10 season. In December 2011, the 1.96 meter long circle runner left the HSG and joined the Bergisch HC , with whom he was promoted to the first division for the 2013/14 season. Weiss did not extend his contract, which expired at the end of the 2015/16 season, and thus ended his career.

For the 2018/19 season he is in the 3rd division for the HSG Bergische Panther .

Under coaches Martin Heuberger and Wolfgang Sommerfeld, he was part of the 2009 junior world champion team.
