Karl Alexander Maximilian von der Asseburg-Neindorf (* July 2, 1874 at Neindorf Castle near Oschersleben , † September 12, 1945 there ) was a German manor owner , administrative officer and parliamentarian.

Maximilian von der Asseburg-Neindorf came from the noble family von der Asseburg and was the son of the district administrator and Majoratsherr Alexander von der Asseburg-Neindorf and Luise nee. Maximilian von der Asseburg-Neindorf attended high school in Ilfeld and Zeitz . After high school he studied at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-University of Bonn , the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich , the Alma Mater Lipsiensis , the Friedrich-Wilhelms University in Berlin and the Alma Mater Gryphiswaldensis law . In 1897 he became a member of the Corps Borussia Bonn . After graduating as Dr. jur. he entered the Prussian civil service. In 1910 he was a government assessor in Berlin. From 1918 to 1920 he was district administrator of the Stolzenau district . In 1918 he moved to the 52nd Hanover Provincial Parliament. He was Fideikommissherr at Neindorf Castle .
