The Eibergbach , also known as Eibergsbach , in the Bochum area of Mecklenbecke and Mecklenbach , is a flowing body of water in the area of the Bochum districts Höntrop and the Essen districts Eiberg and Horst and Steele . It rises at Gut Varenholt in Höntrop, flows off to the west and flows into the Ruhr at Steele . A tributary is the Hosiepen .
