Mehmet Oktav (* 1917 in Istanbul ; † April 6, 1996 ) was a Turkish wrestler .

For Turkey he won gold in the Greco-Roman style at the 1948 Summer Olympics in London . After Yaşar Erkan , who also won Olympic gold in wrestling in Berlin in 1936, Oktav was the second Turkish Olympic champion .
