Kazimierz Lipień

Kazimierz Lipień (born February 6, 1949 in Jaczkow , Lower Silesian Voivodeship , † November 12, 2005 in New York City , New York , United States ) was a Polish wrestler .

Lipień started wrestling when she was around 16. In 1971, at the age of 22, he started at the World Championships in Sofia and finished second behind Georgi Markow from Bulgaria . 1976 he was at the Olympic Games in Montreal featherweight Olympic champion . He ended his international career in 1980 in Moscow , when he at the Olympics was sixth.

The wrestler Józef Lipień is the twin brother of Kazimierz.
