Jeanne is 38 years old, married, mother of two and an architect. Then her husband informs her that he is expecting a child from another woman, is getting a divorce and wants joint custody.

One morning she wakes up and discovers a penis in herself. She reveals it to her gynecologist and her best friend Marcelle. She panics at her gynecologist, which he can only poorly calm down.
