Melody Thomas Scott
Melody Thomas Scott (born April 18, 1956 in Los Angeles , California ) is an American actress .
life and career
The actress, who was born as Melody Ann Thomas , got her first film role at the age of eight in Alfred Hitchcock's Marnie (1964). In the 1970s she played a number of roles in films and television series, for example in The Last Sniper , alongside John Wayne in his last film, in The Waltons and Charlie's Angels . She then became best known as a longtime actress in the soap opera Shadow of Passion , in which she has played the role of Nikki Reed Newman since February 1979 .
She graduated from the University of Southern California and has a degree in music. Her first marriage was to Michael Altman from January to July 1979. Melody Thomas Scott has been married to her second husband Edward Scott, executive producer of Shadows of Passion , since 1985 and they have three children, daughters Alexandra, Jennifer and Elizabeth.
