Abbie is a heart surgeon at a New York hospital. One day he had a heart attack during an operation that reminded him that he still had his father, whom he only saw every few years. He usually calls himself an actor, but only appears as an extra, his star roles are hospital patients and dancing lobsters. The film tells the story of this encounter between son and father.
