Merle Weidt (born July 20, 1999 in Offenburg ) is a German volleyball player .

Career

Weidt began her career in her hometown with the second division club VC Offenburg . In 2014 she joined the VC Olympia Berlin youth team . There she was initially supposed to play in the third division, but in November she had her first appearance in the Bundesliga . In the following years, the middle blocker played with the VC Olympia in the first division. She was also used in several German junior national teams.
