Merrill Heatter
Merrill Heatter (born December 16, 1925 in New York City , New York - † October 8, 2017 in Beverly Hills ) was an American television producer .
Life
Merrill Heatter has produced the US game shows Gambit with Wink Martindale , as well as the nightly version of High Rollers with Alex Trebek , in which his wife, the actress and former Playboy model Elaine Stewart co-hosted .
Private
Heatter had been married to actress Elaine Stewart since 1964, who died on June 27, 2011 at the age of 81 in Beverly Hills , California . They had a daughter who was born on July 14, 1970.
