The Mesenskaja Pischma ( Russian Мезе́нская Пи́жма ) is a right tributary of the Mesen in the Arkhangelsk Oblast and the Komi Republic in north-western Russia .
It rises on the Timan Ridge in the Komi Republic near the border with Arkhangelsk Oblast. From there it flows mainly in a westerly direction to the Mesen. In the upper reaches it flows through uninhabited area. There are three settlements on the lower reaches: Schegmas (at the mouth of the tributary of the same name), Larkino and Rodoma (at the mouth of the Mesen).
The Mesenskaya Pishma has a length of 236 km and drains an area of 3830 km². It reaches its greatest drainage during the snowmelt in May and June. The mean discharge at the Larkino gauge , 61 km above the estuary, is 40.7 m³ / s.
The main tributaries are the Chetlas and Schegmas , both from the left.
