Metin Depe (born January 10, 1981 in Samsun ) is a former Turkish football player .
Career
Metin Depe began playing club football in the youth of the then fourth division club Kestelspor. In 1998 he was enabled to train with the professional team. So he came to two missions in the TFF 3rd Lig . In 1999 he moved as an amateur footballer to the league competitor Inegölspor and made seven league games here in his first season. For the 2000/01 season he received a professional contract and finally became an integral part of his team. Just three months after signing his contract, he moved within the league to Bursa Merinosspor . At his new club he played for three seasons. For the season 2003/04 he left Bursa Merinosspor in the direction of the Süper Lig club Bursaspor . At Bursaspor he remained mostly reserve player and was only used in two league games.
After a season he left Bursaspor and hired for the upcoming season at the second division Altay İzmir . Here he immediately got a place in the regular formation and played for two and a half years.
He then left Altay and went to league rivals Istanbul Büyükşehir Belediyespor . With this club he celebrated the runner-up in the TFF 1st Lig at the end of the season and thus the direct promotion to the Süper Lig . After relegation with Istanbul BB Depe moved to Boluspor for the 2013/14 season . Already during the winter break he left this club by mutual agreement.
In the first half of the 2014/15 season, he completed six league games for Göztepe İzmir . Then he briefly joined the amateur club Fethiye İdman Yurdu and finally ended his playing career in 2016.
