The half-timbered house at Metzgergasse 7a in Eppingen , a town in the Heilbronn district in northern Baden-Württemberg , was built in the second half of the 16th century. The building is protected as a monument .

The house, with the gable side facing the narrow alley, has two floors and two attics. The ground floor is made of sandstone and the half-timbered floors protrude, supported by consoles . This increases the living space on the floors. The corner of the upper floor is decorated with Renaissance ornaments. The bay window is framed by three-quarter bars with wickerwork and banding. The parapets consist of curved St. Andrew's crosses with well-dressed eyes.
