Micha Bloching

Micha Bloching (* 1968 in Stuttgart ) is a German lawyer and economist and professor for private business law , international private law , labor law and insolvency law at the Augsburg University of Applied Sciences (HSA).

Life

After graduating from high school in 1988, Bloching studied law and economics at the University of Heidelberg . He passed his first state examination there in 1993 and his second state examination in 1997. Also in 1997 he did his doctorate in law under Reinhard Welter and Erik Jayme in Heidelberg with a thesis on the subject of plurality and particular insolvency - an investigation into German international insolvency law , published in 2000 by the Berlin publisher Duncker & Humblot . Before that, he worked for a year at a lawyer at the Federal Court of Justice in Karlsruhe .

Since completing his doctorate, he has been working as a tax consultant in Munich , where he was a partner in the law firm Dissmann Orth and the European commercial law firm Nörr Stiefenhofer Lutz . He is also chairman of the supervisory board of the Munich investment company mutares AG .

On December 1, 2004, he was appointed professor at the Augsburg University of Applied Sciences. As a university lecturer in the Faculty of Economics at the HSA, he is also the chairman of the examination committee for Bachelor and Diploma courses in business administration .

politics

Bloching is a member of the Reason Party . He ran in the 2013 federal election on the list for constituency 218 Munich-North . In the 2014 municipal elections in Munich , he took second place behind Oliver Janich in the election for the Munich city council.
