The constituency of Munich-North (constituency 217, in the federal elections 2009 and 2013 constituency 218) has been a federal constituency in Bavaria since 1949 . It includes the Munich districts of Feldmoching-Hasenbergl , Maxvorstadt , Milbertshofen-Am Hart , Moosach , Schwabing-Freimann and Schwabing-West .

Bernhard Loos was elected with 32.2% of the first votes according to the final result with the second lowest percentage of first votes of all direct mandates of the CSU. After the CSU has obtained overhang mandates , his election contributes to the inflation of the Bundestag through its additional mandate and compensatory mandates for other parties.
