The constituency of Rosenheim has been a federal constituency in Bavaria since 1949 . It includes the city and the district of Rosenheim . In the 2013 federal election, 230,531 residents were eligible to vote. Since 1953, the constituency has always been won by the direct candidates of the CSU .
