The Bundestag constituency of Landshut (constituency 228) has been a constituency in Bavaria since 1949 . It includes the city of Landshut , the district of Kelheim and the district of Landshut excluding the communities of Aham , Gerzen , Kröning and Schalkham . Since 1953, the constituency has always been won by the direct candidates of the CSU .
