The federal constituency of Ingolstadt (constituency 216, in the federal elections 2009 and 2013 constituency 217) has been an electoral district in Bavaria since 1949 . It includes the city of Ingolstadt , the Eichstätt district and most of the Neuburg-Schrobenhausen district .
