Michael Burk
Michael Burk (born September 7, 1924 in Erlangen ) is a German actor , director , cabaret artist and writer who has made a name for himself with novels in particular .
Life
Burk studied set design in Munich. He was a cabaret artist in his own cabaret Die Onion and as such later also seen in the film We Wunderkinder .
The novel No hour is too much , published in 1975 by Schneekluth Verlag in Munich, was Burk's first bestseller . At this time Johannes Mario Simmel was successful with similar materials. In addition to similar titles (such as The Game Belongs to Life or Dann gnade dir Gott ) Burk also gave his books an easily recognizable, uniform appearance. Simmel sued unsuccessfully against the appearance, in his opinion, of his books.
Burk also worked as a director for film and television and had his own broadcast on the radio program of Bavarian Radio.
