Life
The Archbishop of Philadelphia, Cardinal John Joseph Krol , ordained him a priest on May 17, 1980 .
Pope Benedict XVI appointed him on June 22, 2010 Titular Bishop of Tamallula and Auxiliary Bishop in Philadelphia.
