Michael London
Michael London (* in New Haven , Connecticut ) is an American film producer.
Life
London graduated from Stanford University and then worked for the Los Angeles Times . For half a decade London worked for 20th Century Fox as production executive and rose to the position of Executive Vice President of Production in the early 1990s. He has been working as a film producer since 2002 and more than 30 films have been made. For his work on Sideways , he was nominated for an Oscar in the category of best film in 2005. At the Independent Spirit Awards 2005 he received the award in the category Best Film.
Since 2015 he has also been involved as executive producer on various series, including Chance (2016–2017), The Magicians (2015–2020) and Snowfall (since 2017).
In 2006 he started his own independent production company, Groundswell.
