Michael McCormack (* 1960 in Boston ) is a former American triathlete and two-time Ironman winner (1991 and 1995). He is included in the best list of American triathletes on the Ironman distance .

Career

In 1991 he won the Ironman Canada and he was able to repeat this success in August 1995.

Today Michael McCormack lives in San Francisco Bay and is active as a triathlon trainer. For example, he trained the American triathlete Gina Kehr and the Swiss Serge Meyer .

In August 2015 he started the Ironman Mont-Tremblant, but couldn't finish the race.
