Michael Schwarzmann
Michael Schwarzmann (born January 7, 1991 in Kempten (Allgäu) or Betzigau ) is a German racing cyclist .
As a youth driver, Schwarzmann won the German team time trial championship in 2007 and the fourth stage of the Regio Tour in 2009 as a junior driver .
In his first year as a U23 driver, 2010, he became a member of the newly founded Continental Team NetApp , which was licensed as a Professional Continental Team in 2011 . In 2013 he was 18th in the semi-classic Scheldeprijs . After Schwarzmann achieved his first victory in an international elite race in the final stage of the Tour d'Azerbaïdjan in May 2016 in the sprint, he contested his first Grand Tour the following August with the Vuelta a España 2016 , where he finished second in the mass sprint of the second stage Took place.
