Michael Stumpf (Manager)

Michael Stumpf (born September 12, 1972 in Lindau ) is a German manager .

Life

After graduating from high school in 1991 at Moltkestrasse Gummersbach , Stumpf studied English , business administration and communication studies / journalism at the Otto Friedrich University in Bamberg from 1993 to 2000 . He spent his year abroad in 1995/96 at Kingston University London . From 1998 to 2002 he worked in the TV and online editorial team of logo! . In 2003 he moved to ZDF's main editorial team for children and youth, where he was deputy team leader for zdftivi.de until 2007, and head of the online team from 2008 to 2013.

From August 2013 to December 2017 he was program manager of KiKA . Since January 1, 2018, he has been head of the ZDF main editorial team for children and youth.
