Career

After numerous victories in junior competitions of the Czech Cup, Ducháčková started in June 2005 for the first time in FIS races . In July of the same year she took part in the Junior World Championships in Nové Město na Moravě , but could not yet keep up with the more experienced runners. In the giant slalom and in the Super-G, she finished second to last and tenth respectively. In the slalom and thus also in the combination, she was eliminated. A year later she was only able to classify herself in the bottom field at the Junior World Championships 2006 in Horní Lhota u Ostravy as sixth in the giant slalom and in the Super-G, in the slalom she fell out again. In August 2006 the Czech competed in the World Cup for the first time at the České Petrovice races , but was disqualified in both competitions due to peat errors. Her best result in FIS races in 2006 was seventh in the Branná slalom .

At the Junior World Championship in 2007 Ducháčkovás was the only result of seventh place in the Super-G. A week later she won her first World Cup points with seventh place in the slalom in České Petrovice and thus reached eleventh place in the overall ranking of the 2007 season . She achieved four top 10 results in the 2008 World Cup season , which brought her to eighth place overall. Her best race results were two sixth places in the slalom of Čenkovice and in the giant slalom of Forni di Sopra . At the Junior World Championships in Rieden in 2008 , as in previous years, she did not reach the peak times. Due to the small starting field, however, she was able to place in the top five in all competitions and in the super combination she even won the bronze medal as the last of the three runners rated. In the 2009 World Cup season , Ducháčková achieved four top 10 placings as in the previous year, but fell back to 15th place in the overall standings. At the Junior World Championship in 2009 , the Czech was among the top ten in all competitions, her best result was fourth place in the giant slalom. In the 2010 season she only took part in the FIS races in Rettenbach in June . In 2011 and 2012 she did not play any competitions.
